This is the last of our old duty schedule chart. (It is so scratched together, we might as well have written it on a napkin!)

General Evaluator - Charles
Speech Evaluator - Charles or other attendee

Duties: Dwaine - Toastmaster; Charles - Invocation; Julie - Speaker #2; Ken - Table Topic Master; Phil - General Evaluator (and if necessary speech evaluator)

Here is our typical meeting format with this weeks time restrictions:
We will begin promptly at 5:30 with a business meeting.
5:35 Our Toastmaster, Dwaine begins the educations portion of the meeting.
5:37 Charles gives an invocation
5:40 The Toastmaster, Dwiane, introduces Melody or Michelle if they wish to speak.
5:41 Speaker #1 if available
5:47 Dwaine introduces Julie to speak
5:48 Julie will be speaker #2.
5:55 Dwaine introduces Ken to give Table Topics
5:58 Phil begins the General Evaluation, and may evaluate speeches
6:00 We return to the President, Ken, who will adjourn

Officer Of The Year

Awards nominations are now open. Together we can nominate our club officers for the officer of the year. Or nominate your area or division governor. The Ann Gold Award is for the outstanding club of the year. District 24 awards will be presented at the Fall District Conference. Nominations close on September 1, 2009. At the District 24 website they have links to each of the office's nomination forms.
